 Topics offered:

(1) AAC for Professionals (most popular)

This workshop/webinar is intended for doctors, speech therapists, occupational therapists, psychologists and special education teachers. It covers introduction to AAC, AAC populations, practical skills to support individuals who use AAC and case studies.

(2) AAC Intervention

In this workshop/ webinar, participants will explore case studies and gain hands-on experience on how to implement AAC. Participants will learn how to (1) Set AAC goals; (2) Apply AAC intervention skills and strategies; (3) Implement fun & engaging AAC intervention sessions; (4) Recognize and discuss special considerations.

(3) AAC Assessment (for Speech-Language Therapists only)

Want to introduce AAC to your clients but unsure how to assess and prescribe a suitable system? This webinar covers AAC assessment frameworks, assessment process, tools and resources. Participants also discuss case studies and practice how to conduct AAC assessments.
