(1) AAC for Professionals (quotation)

This training is intended for doctors, speech-lanugage therapists, occupational therapists, psychologists and special education teachers. It covers (1) Introduction to AAC; (2) AAC systems; (3) AAC populations; (4) Practical skills to support individuals who use AAC; (5) Case studies.
(2) AAC Intervention
This training is intended for speech-language therapists and special education teachers.
Participants will explore case studies and gain hands-on experience on how to implement AAC. This include learning how to (1) Set AAC goals; (2) Apply AAC intervention skills and strategies; (3) Implement fun & engaging AAC intervention sessions; (4) Recognize and discuss special considerations.
(3) AAC Assessment (for Speech-Language Therapists only)
